We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your board.

If your board arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days.

Replace the entire board, or

Provide a full refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the damage. Once approved, we’ll take care of the next steps to ensure you’re looked after.
