Products

All busy boards sold through our store are handmade and may have minor variations in colour, grain, or finish. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted wooden products and are not considered defects.

Our boards are designed as educational and sensory tools and should always be used under adult supervision.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on each product listing. Shipping times may vary depending on location and demand.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

If your board arrives damaged or faulty:

  • We may replace individual parts,

  • Replace the entire board, or

  • Provide a full refund,

at our discretion within the 30-day period.

Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required to process returns or replacements.

Safety & Use Disclaimer

Our busy boards are designed for children, but adult supervision is required at all times.
By purchasing and using our products, you accept responsibility for ensuring they are used appropriately and safely.

We are not liable for misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety recommendations.
